Applicants between the ages of 18 and 70 years of age may apply provided annual income is a minimum of £5000 and they live in the United Kingdom.

The information you provide will be used for credit checking and assessment by an underwriter in connection with your application. Your application is treated in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

- How long will it take for me to get my money?

Once your application has been provisionally accepted,
you will receive an offer pack that contains a Credit Agreement that you need to sign.
You may also be asked for proof of earnings and address.
Once these details have been satisfactorily verified, your cheque will be posted immediately.

For peace of mind and security, Beech Finance offers a Payment Protection Policy.
The policy provides help with your loan repayments in the event of sickness, redundancy, and other misfortune.

- How much can I borrow in relation to my income?

Generally most lenders will lend 3.5 times your annual income or 3 times a joint income,
however our lenders offer up to 5 times your annual income.

- Are buy to let products available if I have had previous credit problems?

Yes, normally up to a maximum of 90% of the purchase price.
The mortgage is supported by the rental income, which generally must achieve a minimum of 125% of the monthly mortgage payments.
